REAL ESTATE CUSTODY
We provide Real Estate Custody Services, whereby we are responsible, on behalf of our clients, for holding and safeguarding the properties owned by our clients. The main services we provide as a Real Estate Custodian include settlement, safekeeping, regulatory filings, ministry related administrative procedures, Government approvals and customer reporting’s. Our custodial relationships are all regulated by the CMA and are based on the custody contracts we sign with our clients.
